Profile / Duties

The trainee will provide general administrative support to the Administration Unit and will assist the unit overall in the smooth running of the CPVO. He will perform the following project tasks:

 -       Contribute to the document management system in Sharepoint

-       Analyse data protection notices related to the Administrative Unit

-       Contribute to drafting of procedures

-       Input of business process review data into a database and update (+complementing) of the existing data

Please note that applications can be sent to the Office in any of the official EU languages; knowledge of multiple EU languages is considered an asset.

Contractual Conditions

The successful candidate will be offered a traineeship of 6 months.
